Let's begin with the legendary Marcel Lapierre. His Morgon, a wine that embodies the very essence of Beaujolais, is a testament to the power of Gamay when treated with respect and reverence. It's a wine that sings of ripe cherries and earthy undertones, a pure expression of terroir. Then, there's Jean Foillard's Côte du Py, a pinnacle of Morgon, a wine that commands attention with its depth, complexity, and undeniable elegance. It's a masterclass in Gamay, a wine that reveals new layers with every sip. 

And, of course, we cannot forget the majestic Vieux Télégraphe Châteauneuf-du-Pape. A wine that embodies the power and grace of the Rhône Valley, a symphony of Grenache, a wine that speaks of sun-drenched vineyards and ancient traditions. We will also be pouring the Chinon Blanc from Bernard Baudry, a wine that defies expectations, revealing the hidden depths of the Loire’s terroir. And, Giuseppe Quintarelli’s Ca del Merlo, a beautifully crafted Valpolicella, a graceful dance of red fruit and subtle spice.
